Return Policy - 30 Day Return Policy

Here at Electrobright Ltd, our main priority is Customer Delight.

If you are unhappy with your purchase and require a refund or replacement we will gladly replace or refund within 30 days of purchase, subject to terms and conditions. We ask that the bulbs are returned, unused at the buyers cost, in saleable condition and on receipt, we will arrange the refund or replacement for you.

We will always try to help and replace bulbs if you have ordered the incorrect type or prefer a different colour specification. All we ask is that you return the bulbs at your cost in saleable condition.

We have over 39,000 Positive Customer Feedbacks on Ebay and we will always do everything possible to help, as our goal is to become your preferred supplier on Lighting going forward. 

The warranty on Lighting Legends branded products is 12 months.

Return Shipping Costs:

If the item is being returned due to a fault on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
If you are returning an item simply because you changed your mind or didn’t like the product, and the product is in perfect condition, the cost of return shipping will be borne by the buyer.

Refund Process:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.
We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
The refund may take several days to process, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchange:

If you wish to exchange the product for another one, the same return conditions apply. Once the original product is received and inspected, the replacement product will be shipped. If there's a price difference, necessary adjustments will be made.
